Coach Pohorsky is leading the Jacket wrestlers and the Rockwall County Mat Club high school wrestlers during the spring wrestling season.
Jacket Wrestlers Closeout Season
The Yellow Jacket Wrestlers ended their season at the Region III Championships in Allen last weekend. Junior Dylan Devereaux earns a UIL State bid while junior 285 Robert Hinton places 5th and will qualify for the state tournament as an alternate. Congratulations!
Dylan Devereaux Places Second in Region III Championships
Rockwall Junior 160 pounder Dylan Devereaux places 2nd in the Region III Championships. Dylan will wrestle at the UIL State Wrestling Championships in two weeks. Good Luck Dylan!!!

Rockwall Wrestling Claims 4th Straight District Crown!!!
The Rockwall Wrestling program claimed their 4th consecutive District 19 Wrestling Title Saturday. The Jacket Wrestlers placed 13 wrestlers in the finals, winning 7 championships. Thirteen wrestlers will move on to the Region III Championships this weekend. Claiming District titles were Cody Jonas, Brad Devereaux, Chester Howell, Evan Martinez, Ian Stewart, Dylan Devereaux, and Robert Hinton. Placing second were Nick Hyde, Josh Holloway, Grant Baker, Oscar Carreon, Matt Roland, and Baylor Black. Earning 4th place was Collin Hill and Landon Moreno. Well done Jackets and good luck at the Regional Championships!

Frisco Centennial Titan Invite!!!
The varsity placed 4th out of 17 teams. Eight wrestlers placed in the top 4, including 285 Champion Robert Hinton.
Jacket JV Wrestlers Earn 4 Golds and
6 Silver Medals at Titan Invite
The Junior Varsity Team had 10 wrestlers in the finals winning 4 championships! A total of 17 wrestlers placed in the top four! Well done!
Jacket Wrestlters Win The Colony Dual Tournament
The Jacket Varsity Wrestlers were crowned Dual Tournament Champions at The Colony. The varsity went 4-0 on the day!!! Congrats wrestlers!
Jacket JV Wrestlers Claim 7 Titles in Azle!!!
The Jacket JV Wrestlers claimed 7 championships and one runner-up at the Azle Smackdown. A total of 14 Jacket JV wrestlers placed.
Jackets Place 5th at Hill Country Invite
The Rockwall Wrestlers took 5th place as a team at the Hill Country Invite held at Vista Ridge High School. Chester Howell was the 130 pound champion while 112 Brad Devereaux, 160 Dylan Devereaux, and 285 Robert Hinton placed second. Nick Hyde took home a third place medal! Congrats Jacket Wrestlers!!!

The Rockwall Wrestlers claim the Richardson Round-Up team championship... Jacket Champions were Dylan Devereaux and Robert Hinton. Placing second for the Jackets was Dylan Milhausen, Evan Martinez, Ian Stewart, and Zach Everett!!! Great effort wrestlers!!!
